1. How did you first become acquainted with the Church of Scientology?
N/A

2. What initially appealed to you about scientology?
Personal Health, Clearing the Planet, Self Determinism etc.

3. Were there problems in your life that you thought scientology would address?
General dis-satisfaction with life

4. Did you see, experience, or hear about things that didn't seem right while you were in the Church of Scientology? What were they, and what convinced you to set aside your feelings?
Yes. But these were stupidities that did not affect the underlying principles of Scientology as I had it constructed in my own mind and knowingness.

5. Why did you choose to stay in the Church of Scientology?
As long as it remained optimum to do so.

6. Were you staff or public? If staff, was it at a mission or an org? Were you ever in the Sea Org or OSA? Which unit? If not on staff, did you ever volunteer to 'help out'?
Public. Spare time ethics officer on St Hill East Grinstead Foundation.

7. Why did you leave the Church of Scientology? Was there a "final straw"?
Yes. Contra survival treatment of my wife, also an OTVII, who was on staff and although she had children she was expected to work nights because Foundation Stats (not her own) were down.

8. Do you think the Church of Scientology needs to change some of its practices? If so, what should be changed? How did those practices affect your life?
The complete absence of spirituality that genuine Scientology should represent. Scientology should re-align itself with all the ancient wisdoms that Ron claimed it was based upon. Scientology should publicly align itself with all religious movements, such as Christianity, Islam, Bhuddism, Zoroastrianism, etc. and also with Science. More than anything it should recognise and make amends for abandoning its spiritual roots.

9. If the items you listed in the previous question were changed, would you consider rejoining or staying in the Church of Scientology? If so, why?
Yes. I have no bad feelings whatsoever about an ethical Scientology and would be proud to help to lead it towards that more advanced state, having spent twenty years developing how that could be done. I was awarded a Masters Degree by Cranfield University, the thesis for which was 'Specified Requirements for Total Quality Management', covering the quality management of all things physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. I have also explored many other paths, unifying their principles into one completely inter-relating cosmology.

10. Any additional comments you would like to make?
Yes. Clear the planet, like the C of S promised
