1. How did you first become acquainted with the Church of Scientology?
Personality Test.

2. What initially appealed to you about scientology?
Remembering past lives.

3. Were there problems in your life that you thought scientology would address?
I thought if I could remember my past lives, this life would become more meaningful.

4. Did you see, experience, or hear about things that didn't seem right while you were in the Church of Scientology? What were they, and what convinced you to set aside your feelings?
We found that LRH returned through the e meter. He was going by the name Ryan Eure now. Executives treated him like they didn't know it was LRH when they told us in private that they did. They had him beaten and arrested and told him never to return. I went along with it because I figured if they would do that to a man they know is the founder of the church, they would probably kill me if I made too much noise.

5. Why did you choose to stay in the Church of Scientology?
May sound simple, but I had no other place to go.

6. Were you staff or public? If staff, was it at a mission or an org? Were you ever in the Sea Org or OSA? Which unit? If not on staff, did you ever volunteer to 'help out'?
Staff. Org.

7. Why did you leave the Church of Scientology? Was there a "final straw"?
The final straw was when I read the new work LRH 'Ryan Eure' was writing. His ideas were fresh and really needed in Scientology. Just about all the staff wanted him to return, but executives said no several times and did several things trying to drive him to suicide (can't say them here). I finally had enough and left.

8. Do you think the Church of Scientology needs to change some of its practices? If so, what should be changed? How did those practices affect your life?
Yes, the Church needs to go back to what it was first supposed to be. A SCIENCE. It only became a church for tax reasons, but they all forgot that. A science works or doesn't work. It doesn't dictate how every part of your life should go.

9. If the items you listed in the previous question were changed, would you consider rejoining or staying in the Church of Scientology? If so, why?
I would only join if the person now called Ryan Eure was back in charge. With the current people running Scientology, you can forget ever seeing any positive change.

10. Any additional comments you would like to make?
I saw the ad the demanded Comm Evs on all executives and administrators. Best idea I've heard in a long time.
